Food Safety Online Training

Food safety affects every person. To comply with government regulations, businesses in the food industry must meet food safety requirements and pass inspections. Workers in the food service industry must learn and abide by these standards. Online courses are available for workers and managers who need food safety training and certification.

Students have 60 days to complete the 60-to-90-minute course. The 40-question assessment after the course does not have a time limit for completion. Students must get 75 percent of the answers correct to pass the course. Students may retake the assessment as many times as necessary.
