Reusable water bottles are a way to be good to the body while staying kind to the environment. Not everyone has access to an autoclave to sterilize water bottles. However, this effect can be achieved at home by running the bottles through a cycle in your dishwasher. Another option, if the bottles will fit, is to use a steam sterilizer designed for baby bottles.
