How to Use a Sanitizing Bucket & Lid
When working in an environment that deals with food, it is of the utmost importance to adhere to proper sanitation techniques. Sanitizing kills harmful bacteria. Your most important tool when it comes to this is the sanitizer bucket. Any item that comes in contact with foods and utensils should be sanitized. Proper guidelines set by the Food and Drug Administration should always be followed when using any type of chemical around food and food preparation surfaces.Things You'll Need

Add clean cloths to the mixture. Squeeze out excess before wiping surfaces down. Change the water every couple of hours.

Store the bucket near the food preparation area, but not on it. An ideal place might be under the work area. Empty it and put in storage with the lid when not in use.
