The EA-632 is a vertical sterilization device manufactured and distributed by Trident Medical Corp. Trident Medical Corp. became an official company in 1998, when it merged with other medical equipment manufacturers Novel Medical and Eastern Medical. The EA-632 offers a host of features for those in the medical field in need of a way to effectively sterilize and dry equipment.

  1. Process

    • Items to be sterilized are placed into the included sterilization basket and put inside the EA-632. The items are sterilized automatically, and at the end of operations a buzzer sounds to indicate that the job has been completed. The EA-632 includes a pressure gauge, timers, and an option to choose between sterilization or drying.

    • The power supply for the EA-632 is a 220 volt AC cable. The power consumption for the chamber heater is 2500 watts, the door heater 250 watts, and the 2 piece drying heaters both consume 300 watts each. The temperature for sterilization is 121 degrees Celsius, and the internal pressure reaches 1.1 bar.
