The Proper Way to Cover a Cough

When you cough, bacteria and viruses that are present in your body can be expelled. These germs are present in the fine mists of saliva and mucus that can erupt from your face during a cough. If you are sick, these germs can cause others around you to catch your illness. By effectively covering your mouth during coughing fits, you can reduce the spread of the harmful bacteria and viruses currently making you ill and help keep those around you safe.
