How does the Meantal Health Act promote diverstiy?

The Mental Health Act does not specifically address diversity. However, it does promote equality by requiring that mental health services are provided in a way that is non-discriminatory and promotes the dignity and respect of all individuals. The Act also requires that mental health services are accessible to all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristic.
