Instructions

    • 1

Fold the tissue so that your discharge is enveloped in it. This prevents someone from coming into contact with it by accident.

    • 2

Throw the Kleenex into the nearest trash basket as quickly as possible. If you hold on to it, or keep it in a pocket, germs are simply transferred to other objects.

    • 3

Refrain from flushing Kleenex or throwing it in a recycle bin. The tissue does not break down as quickly as toilet paper, so it may clog a toilet. Germs in the tissue make Kleenex a poor candidate for recycling.
