Nickent 3Dx Specs
While you can golf with just any old set of clubs, do not expect to bring your "A" game unless your equipment is specifically tailored to your needs. Knowing the specs of the Nickent 3Dx Ironwood clubs enables you to judge how the clubs might compare to your current set of hybrids.-
Left-Handed Models
-
The Nickent 3Dx comes in left-handed models for the following clubs: #1IW, #2IW, #3IW, #4IW and #5IW.
Loft Angle
-
The loft of the club is the angle of the clubface in relation to a theoretically vertical clubface, determining the path at which the ball travels. Generally, a lower angle of travel indicates a greater maximal range with less control over the ball placement, whereas a higher loft angle indicates a lower maximal range with easier control over ball placement. The loft of the #1IW is 14 degrees. The loft of the #2+IW is 15.5 degrees. The loft of the #2IW is 17 degrees. The loft of the #3+IW is 18.5 degrees. The loft of the #3IW is 20 degrees. The loft of the #4+IW is 21.5 degrees. The loft of the #4IW is 23 degrees. The loft of the #5+IW is 24.5 degrees. The loft of the #5IW is 26 degrees.
Lie Angle
-
Lie angle is the angle between the bottom of the club and its shaft. The lie angle you require to make a solid shot depends upon your height. Take your wrist-to-floor measurement, and plot it along with your height in the lie angle chart (see Resources) to determine the best lie angle for you. The lie of the #1W, #2+IW and the #2IW is 59 degrees. The lie of the #3+IW and the #3IW is 59.5 degrees. The lie of the #4+IW and the #4IW is 60 degrees. Finally, the lie of the #5+IW and the #5IW is 60.5 degrees.
