- Soap
- Paper towel

Wet your hands with warm water and apply soap.

Vigorously rub all surfaces of your hands together for 15 to 20 seconds to make a good lather. Scrub underneath fingernails and jewelry.

Rinse your hands under warm water.

Dry your hands with a clean paper towel. Use the towel to turn off the water.
