      Pour 361 mL of water into the container. A glass container is the best option, though other materials like plastic are appropriate as well.

      Add 25.5 mL of paracetic acid to the container. A sanitizing solution requires 5.1 percent paracetic acid.

      Add 113.5 mL of hydrogen peroxide to the container. Hydrogen peroxide makes up 22.7 percent of the sanitizing solution.

      Mix the solution well. Stir the mixture with a spoon or stirring stick until the mixture is well-stirred. The sanitizing solution is ready for use.

      Apply the solution to any surfaces that require sanitizing.
