How to Use EZ Bar

Place your hands on the EZ Bar at the two points where the bar bends. Your fingers should be facing inward toward your body.

Tightly squeeze the EZ Bar, but not to the point where you hurt the palms of your hands or your fingers.

Pull the EZ Bar up toward your body, stopping when the bar is a few inches from your chest.

Slowly lower your arms, while at the same time lowering the EZ Bar.

Repeat this process for however long you need to feel like you've gotten a good workout.
