How to Clean Wrestling Mats with Bleach
Wrestling mats in regular use require frequent cleaning. Wrestlers leave large amounts of germs and bacteria on the mat, and contact with a dirty mat can result in illness, worms being one of the most common. Bleach is one of the best cleaners, but it must be used properly to actually kill the germs on the mat.Things You'll Need
