How to Make Electronic Cigarette Refill Liquid
The electronic cigarette (or "e-cigarette") is as a smoking cessation aid that delivers a small dose of nicotine to the user. E-cigarettes are usually composed of a long, rechargeable battery and circuit board, an atomizer and a mouthpiece that contains a sponge-like area that holds the liquid before it is vaporized. You can purchase commercial e-cigarette refill liquid, which is sold in many flavors and nicotine strengths, but some e-cigarette users mix their own refilling liquid, called e-liquid, at home. You can find all of the ingredients for e-liquid at your local pharmacy -- except for nicotine liquid, which you can purchase from specialty retailers.Things You'll Need
- Vegetable glycerine
- Oral syringe
- Dropper bottle, 250 ml or larger
- Distilled water
- 50 mg nicotine liquid

1
Draw 140 ml of vegetable glycerin into the oral syringe and add it to the dropper bottle. If vegetable glycerin is not available, you can use propylene glycerin in place of it. Vegetable glycerin-based e-liquid tends to produce more smoke-like vapor than propylene glycerin-based e-liquid when exhaled.

2
Measure out 30 ml of distilled water and add it to the bottle. Vegetable glycerin is a very thick, syrup-like substance, and you need to thin it out before using it in an e-cigarette.
-
3
Draw 30 ml of liquid nicotine into the syringe and add it to the bottle. This recipe consists of around 18% nicotine.
-
4
Replace the cap on the dropper bottle and shake the bottle vigorously to mix.
