How Do I Report Ohio Smoking Violations?

In November 2006 voters in Ohio passed a statewide smoking ban. The buckeye state was the first Midwestern state to pass such a law. No public establishment in Ohio, including bars and restaurants, can allow smoking indoors. There are a few exceptions. People can still smoke in private residences. Some family-owned businesses can allow smoking, if only other family member are employees. Retail tobacco stores are also an exception to the ban. Residents can easily report a business if they see a patron lighting up.
