    • 2

Rinse with a peppermint mouthwash for at least 60 seconds.

    • 3

Pop a peppermint in your mouth and suck on it until it is gone. By sticking with the mint toothpaste, mint mouthwash, and peppermint candy, you can be sure that your breath will smell minty instead of like smoke.

    • 4

Pop a Wrigley's Thin Ice strip in your mouth after each cigarette. You are not always going to be able to brush your teeth, so these are a great alternative. They come in small packets that you can keep in your pocket.

Use Binaca spearmint breath spray when you are in a tight spot. Squirt it in your mouth, swish it around and swallow it. This is another product that is so small it can be kept in a jacket pocket or purse.

Drink a lot of coffee. Coffee has such a strong odor of its own that it overpowers the smoke smell. No one will notice the smoke because they will smell the coffee.

Mix equal parts of water and vinegar and use it as a mouthwash. Swish it in your mouth for 60 seconds and then spit it out. The vinegar won't taste great in your mouth, but it is well known for getting rid of strong odors.
