Can a human have surgery to gain 4 arms total?

It is currently impossible for a human to have surgery to gain four arms. The surgical procedures required to add additional limbs to the human body are extremely complex and have never been successfully performed. Additionally, the human body is not designed to support four arms, and there would be a number of physiological challenges associated with having an extra set of limbs, including the need for an additional circulatory system, nervous system, and muscular structure.
