- Single-footed adjustable cane leg

Unscrew the fastener mechanism from the base of the quad cane. Twisting fasteners are unscrewed by turning the ring at the base of the cane and wingnut fasteners are removed by turning the nut at the base of the cane counter-clockwise.

Remove the original adjustable leg from the quad cane.

Insert the single-footed adjustable cane leg into the quad cane.

Secure the single-footed adjustable cane leg by turning the fastener mechanism at the base of the cane.
