With liposuction, the potential for bleeding and blood clots, infection, adverse reactions to medications, shock, to name a few, is present as with any other surgery performed.

Liposuction can be rather expensive. There is no fixed fee for a liposuction as the price is usually determined by the number of body procedures performed and can add up quickly. So, not only do you have to consider the health benefits of liposuction, you must also determine if the benefit outweighs the cost.
